After eleven years as the 'Cheery Post/Biscuit Lady', I decided to trade in my Royal Mail pouch for a dog-walking bag! On the 4th January 2025, Hyltons Hairy Hikers was officially open for business.

I have experience working with dogs of all ages, from playful puppies to senior companions, including those that are reactive or nervous. I have completed a course on canine body language and an in-person canine first aid course. Additionally, I have assisted in dog training classes to observe behaviour and breed characteristics.

When I'm not in the great outdoors, I'm usually snuggled up with my dog on the sofa... or someone else's dog if I'm house sitting!

My eldest sister. With several dog and cat sits already under her belt, she was the perfect choice to join the team when the pet sitting side of my business outgrew just me.

Tracey has experience with both large and small breeds and has also completed a Canine First Aid course. As a registered reiki practitioner for over two decades, animals are naturally drawn to her calming energy. Consequently, Tracey's clients now also request reiki for their pets to enhance their overall well-being.

At the weekends you'll find her relaxing in Costa, with a cup of Earl Grey and a slice of cake.
